Responsibilities

  • Initiate direct communication with customers and local businesses to assess needs and recommend AT&T solutions

  • Deliver personalized consultations on wireless plans, smartphones, streaming services, and smart home products

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow-up appointments, and client relationships from our office

  • Educate clients on features, benefits, and service options to help them make informed decisions

  • Process service requests and account updates accurately and efficiently

  • Track daily activity, customer feedback, and sales metrics for continuous improvement

  • Stay informed on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions through company-provided training

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment

  • Support marketing efforts and client outreach as needed

  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Reliable transportation to our office is required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously

  • High energy, dependable, and goal-driven

  • Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management is a plus

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about wireless and digital services
